Chef Jeff is simply amazing!! We had him prepare a Sunday brunch from his menu and we were absolutely outstanding. His personality is just as amazing as his food. He has that ability to combine many flavors in a dish so perfectly balanced that the tastes and flavors. Make you want more (and we did). Some in our party were amazed that they ate things they swore they would never try and are now completely open to other foods. Service and presentation were spectacular.

I had an unbelievable experience with Chef Daniel Lipson and our server Mathilde. He cooked our wedding dinner and everyone was blown away!!! We will definitely have him cook for us again when we come back to Maui! I was so impressed from the time I talked with him on the phone. He was easy to talk to, and helped me create an unbelievable wedding menu. He also went COMPLETELY above and beyond - I made my reservation for the wrong day and he rearranged his entire schedule to come on the correct wedding day. Talk about exceptional customer service. He came early in the day and cooked then entire day! Everything was made by scratch and was UNBELIEVABLE!! From the apps to the amazing salad (big enough to have as a main course) to the steak (and the vegetarian garbanzo bean option) to the pineapple dessert - IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!! I can't say enough about it. He was a JOY to have in our house and our kitchen. So excited about food, professional, and happy to teach us about what he was cooking! We were left with leftovers for DAYS!!!!!! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!!
