Current Hourly Labor Rates:

We offer a custom culinary service for your special occasion. As such our pricing is based
on a professional services model. Our charges to you include labor and direct costs.

Chef $95.00
Waiter $75.00 (one waiter for every 5 people)
Bar $85.00
Shopping $30.00

Direct Costs:

We will charge you for all direct costs we incur to stage your special event. Typically, these charges are for food items, beverages, rentals, etc.

Pricing Does not include taxes (4.1667%) which will be added to your invoice or any gratuity.

We also offer a Prix Fixe Dinner for Two – call us at 808-868-8992.


Premium labor rates apply for special seasons and dates as follows

Festive Season (December 20th through January 8th annually) – 200% of the current labor rates

Valentine’s Day (February 14th) – 150% of the current labor rates

Independence Day (July 4th) – 150% of the current labor rates

Thanksgiving Week (Wednesday through Friday) – 150% of the current labor rates


For single meal events, a deposit of $500 will be required to reserve your date

For multi-day / multi-meal engagements, a deposit of $500 per day for food purchases will be required at time of booking


We will happily return your full deposit if you cancel at least 30 days before your reserved event. Should you cancel less than 30 days before your reserved event, your entire deposit will be forfeited.

Service & Administrative Fee

A service and administration fee of 20% will be added to all invoices.
